How to deal with paint marks in stainless steel fabrication processing
    Question one:
The top paint around the trim section bulges into a ring.
This is due to the fact that the substrate is not completely hardened, resulting in absorption of the topcoat. The sandpaper is too thick and the topcoat uses an inappropriate diluent. Parts that have been repaired with putty or gooey have not been correctly primed or closed before being sprayed.
Preventive methods: Polish the repaired part until the metal layer is exposed; use thinner for solvent test at the edge of the exposed paint layer, such as paint softening, the paint layer must be sealed. Putty and filling ash can only be used on exposed metal, not covered on the original paint surface. Use suitable sandpaper; make sure that all of the prepared materials are completely dry.
Remedy: After the repair material is dry, smooth the damaged part, isolate it with the primer material, and then re-spray.
    Question two:
There are some round dots on the surface.
This is due to the papillary line printed by the finger stencil. The substrate is not fully dried or cleaned before spraying; the pores/pinholes of the substrate are not polished or filled before spraying; the polymeric material is not properly segregated during the spraying process; Spray temperature changes, so as to produce polycondensation (shrinkage) effect.
Preventive methods: Make sure all preparation materials are properly dried; carefully clean the substrate with a silicon-removing detergent; isolate the polyester material before applying the top coat; carefully grind the pinholes, or reapply the putty/filling ash/ Intermediate paint.
Remedy: Polish the affected area and reapply it.
